Our maintenance program gives you the ability to have us out 3 times a year to clean the number of carpets you selected for the program for Free and it also includes 15% off the whole year for any other service you would like. All you do is pay the upfront cost of the maintenance program of your choice and you will be all set for the year! Not only do we clean by the book step by step to get the absolute greatest results we also only use products that are water-based, reducing chemicals on surfaces and in your air keeping your family and pets safe and healthy. We are also certified to perform all of our services to ensure you have peace of mind of a pleasant and trustworthy experience from start to finish with Proper Carpet Cleaning.

We Pre-vacuum all your carpets with our top of the line HEPA filter vacuum that keeps all deposits in the vacuum and not spread into the air. Pre-vacuuming lifts up any dirt, dust, and debris from the fibers. We then apply a Water-Based Pre-spray product evenly throughout every inch of the carpet which helps loosen any stubborn spots and traffic, then we agitate the pre-spray with our CRB (Counter Rotating Brush) which has 2 brushes that spin inward and lifts up the pile and scrubs into the roots of the fibers. We follow up with our Hot Water Steam Deep Cleaning Process with a Carpet Cleaning Wand and our Powerful Portable Prospector 500 Machine that applies 200 degrees of steam and 400 pounds of pressure to flush out everything and give your carpets a fresh and clean look!

During service, we recommend that you do keep your pets somewhere that they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We will only move small items such as coffee tables, end tables, chairs, etc. What we do not move is sectionals, China cabinets, Pianos, Beds, Dressers, Pool tables, Entertainment centers, etc. Anything that is moved will be put back in the original area on top of styrofoam blocks. 

Carpets will only take 6 to 8 hours to fully dry.

We accept Credit cards, Checks, Cash or Zelle. 

We will pre-vacuum the furniture to lift the soil, oil, dust, and debris. After that, a safe water-based pre-spray will be applied to loosen any stubborn spots and oils, and then we will agitate the pre-spray into the fibers of the furniture with a horsehair brush. We then use our furniture tool to steam clean the upholstery with 200 degrees of steam and 250 pounds of pressure. 

No, when steam cleaning your area rugs only the surface will be wet due to a strong vacuum and low solution pressure.
